Im Buying a house and moving out. The deal is going to close at the end of May. So, My apartment is now up for sublease. The rent is crazy cheap ($995 a month) for the size and location of the place. It is technically a 1 bedroom, but it has an extra room ( 13 x 14). I think it is considered a dining room. At any rate, I've seen the rents around here and they are insane ( $1300 for an apartment half the size far away from the trains and restaurants). The apartment is a short walking from two different brown line stations ( .03 miles). There is ample street parking ( I always find a spot right outside the building) The neighbors are quiet :) The neighborhood is very safe This place will go fast. (and I'm not saying that as a sales tactic, I've looked at what is out there in this price range) The lease runs from June 1st - Oct 1st. You will have the option to renew the lease if you want.
