There is a very large backyard, we enjoyed planting strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, tomato last summer. A lots of sun in the garden. Very quiet area. 5 min walk to Sobeys, 10min to Superstore. 5 min to Commons for activities in Summer and skating in winter. Bus#7,17,18,80,90 on the corner. 20 min walk to Dal campus. Available from May 1st. One year lease renewable. Water and electricity not included. For information in our experience, Water is on average 53$/month. Electricity 98$/month. Tenants must be matured, clean, respectful. No pets sorry. Landlord is great person.
