We are looking to sublet a room in our house at Wallace and 20th for the summer (May to August). The house has five bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a shed to store bikes and the like. We have full laundry facilities, a dishwasher, xbox, wii (with rock band, super smash bros and other excellent video games from the past and also present), an upright piano, and five excellent roommates, most of whom are graduating UBC this May. The room is on the main floor of the house and is furnished, but if you have your own furniture we can work with that too. Rent is $625, including utilities. We are within a couple blocks of the 25, 33 and 7 bus routes, a Tim Hortons, a Dairy Queen, Dominos Pizza, BC Liquor Store and Pacific Spirit Park. We are also within 10 blocks of a grocery store, Shoppers Drug Mart, most banks, the Dunbar Movie Theatre and the N17 stop if you need to get home super late at night.
