My two future roommates and I are looking for a fourth roommate for a lease starting in June for a two-bedroom apartment in The Savoy near Washington Circle. We are all students at George Washington University. You would be sharing a room with a male roommate (he's super clean, in the honors program, plays frisbee and is currently abroad in London) It's a great apartment with plenty of space, lots of natural light, and a rooftop pool. There is also a gym in the building, 24 hour security and a kickass balcony that faces ~the Ritz~. Also is about 5-10 min walk to Dupont and a 10-15 min walk to Georgetown! You would also be close to CVS, Walgreens, Bourbon Coffee, Bruegger's Bagels, Starbucks and many more places! The rent is $1050 with all utilities,cable/internet included.
