I'm into film, sports (NBA and NFL), writing, dive bars, and coffee. THE APARTMENT: It's a super quiet street right across from the heart of the LES and three subway stops including BD express. Was literally just renovated so no one has lived there yet. The bathroom is really nice and has a window, all the appliances are brand new, the paint is fresh, and there is even a fire escape to go out and sit on. I will be getting furniture for the kitchen/living area. THE ROOM: It can fit a queen size bed, although obviously more comfortable with a full size. It has a decent sized closet. Two windows, so you could put an AC unit in one and use the other if you want fresh air without having to remove the AC. Lots of outlets. ABOUT YOU: Open to male or female. Must be looking for longer term, at least 6 months. Someone who is relatively clean and willing to share duty of emptying dishwasher/bringing out trash. Someone who works a 9-5 or a regular day job. No problem with having friends come by but not someone who brings the party home. Other than that I'm easy to get along with and open to pretty much anyone.
