If you change your mind after applying for the apartment and do not wish to continue with the application process for the apartment, the $150.00 down payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded to you. Finally, an apartment will only be removed from the market once an application and $185.00 payment is received from each person who will be residing in the apartment.
