We are looking for a new housemate to move into our beautiful, light filled 3 Bedroom Apartment in Santa Monica!   The Place The apartment is wonderful and gets natural light all day long — located on the top floor, the apartment is quiet and has hardwood flooring, granite countertops/dishwasher, a spacious living room fully decorated and car port parking below.  The house has been well maintained and is located at 14th and California in Santa Monica.  Within walking distance, you are several blocks from great eating spots like Huckleberry/Belcampo/Rustic Canyon and 3 blocks from Montana Ave which has loads of wonderful walking options.  You are also 10 blocks away from Santa Monica’s Ocean bluff — a great neighborhood for walks or runs :) Your Space The room for rent is the largest in the apartment and the most private at the back of the apartment.  It has a long walk-in closet (12 feet) as well as your own full private bathroom with skylight.   YOU The room for rent is unfurnished and would be a good option for someone who travels and is looking for a comfortable landing pad with rad girls in a fully furnished apartment!  We are looking for a kind and clean responsible female between the ages of 27-34, stable/interesting/educated/professional/non-smoker to come and join us! Only one tenant, sadly no pets or live-in boyfriends. Your roommates   We have been living in the apartment for 4+years and love it!  Sadly one of our roommates is getting married, so we are looking to find the right person to fill the room.  Karen is in her late 20’s and a young professional in Marketing from Orange County who went to UCSB for Art History and has a serious love for French Bulldogs and beauty products!  She spends her time kick boxing and beauty blogging and loves to cook and bake on the weekends.  Krista is in her early 30’s and went to Dartmouth, and is Designer in the fashion industry traveling to Asia and NYC frequently.  She spends her free time doing lots of yoga/tennis/road biking and skiing in the Winter.  We LOVE living together and frequently have dinner parties and movie nights with friends.
