We have a opening for a 2-3 bedroom upstairs unit in a two unit building for rent. Early move in might be available.(based on amount of early days a pro rating per day will be added too your first months rent) We are accepting early deposits also too hold unit until move in date of June 01/2016
Rent is $675 per month on a monthly lease. Deposit too hold unit is $325 which after move in date becomes your damage deposit. Total cost too get moved in on the 1st of June is $1000
Upstairs unit is known as Apt 2. You pay your own electric and heat. Unit is heated by oil. Avg power bill for this unit runs around $165 - $195 every two months. And oil which your using during the winter months will vary on cost as this depends on your comfort zone. But too give you something to go by, were going too say it will cost you on avg of $275 a month for the cold months (3 months of cold ) and nothing during warmer days
Cig Smokers are allowed. No Drugs except the prescription kind
Small Pets are allowed. We mean cats and dogs but No snakes
A written lease with other rules will be discussed with you and must be signed in your agreement before keys are issued. And the rules we have are just common shared agreements like no parties, keeping the quiet time during specific hours, etc
We are located at 45 Dufferin Street. Just across the street from Baines Automotive.. This location is close too everything you might need. Schools, Malls, Parks. Banks, etc
