Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting May 1. The lease ends at the end of August with the option to renew. The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen with dishwasher, around 1000 sq ft total. Both the bathroom and the living room are HUGE. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit. The available bedroom has with a closet and large window. The apartment is dog friendly (with a deposit and monthly pet rent required). Off-street parking is available for $150/month. The other bedroom is occupied by my current roommate, Austin. He's 27 and moved to Seattle from Utah about a year ago. He's a great roommate - friendly, neat, and respectful. Avanti, the apartment building, is conveniently located right behind Pike and Boren, a really quick walk to Capitol Hill, the convention center, downtown, the bus tunnel, and the light rail. There's a QFC within walking distance and a ton of bars and restaurants really close by. Monthly rent is $1100 plus $65 for utilities and internet. Electricity is billed every 2 months and varies depending on the season. All of the leasing is handled through the apartment, so an application ($40) is required and both you and Austin will be on the lease. If you are looking to stay for less than 4 months (before the lease ends) then Austin will find someone to take the room for the remainder of the lease. If you're interested, please contact me ASAP!
