The apartment has 2 floors. The bottom floor is a common space with a large common room and kitchen and the upstairs are the bedrooms. There are 2 restrooms as well as a dishwasher and washing/drying machine. Utilities are separate.
There are 4 bedrooms - 2 singles and 2 doubles. We are currently looking for 4 people to sublet; the rooms available for sublet are the 2 doubles. The costs will be distributed per month as such:
