The apartment is located at the corner of Sutter and Steiner in the heart of Lower Pacific Heights. Pac Heights is really nice - central, lots of parks, restaurants, boutiques and bars. It has a 97 Walk Score. Apartment: 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1,200 Sq Ft with a balcony on 5th floor with elevator. Room: Bright 14.5x11.5. West facing. Huge closet. The bedroom/bath have a sliding door that separate it from the rest of the apartment for extra privacy. Price: $2,300/month for a single or $2,400 for a couple Available: Today - April 30, 2017 Your Roommates: Steve, Hannah (my wife) and Poppy, our toy Poodle. (Sorry no other pets) Parking: There may be additional private spots for rent in the building and street parking is definitely an option in this area.
