Our current roommate is moving out of NYC so we're looking for someone to sign a 1-year lease in our beautiful 3BR Williamsburg apartment! The apartment: 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Williamsburg. A block away from McCarren Park, and a 7 minute walk to the L at Lorimer St - also close to the Nassau/Metropolitan G stations :) The apartment was renovated right before we moved in and the building is completing renovations now. The building is working on a completely redone lobby and roof. Building amenities: laundry, bike rack, beautiful views of NYC with a roof deck! The room: A corner bedroom that can easily fit a queen bed and accompanying bedroom storage (chest of drawers, dresser, etc.). Each bedroom has its own independent heater / AC. Your will be sharing a full bathroom with a roommate. The kitchen and living space are HUGE (like 20 ft x 25 ft) with huge windows that let in lots of light. The roommates: A guy and a girl in their mid-20s, both with backgrounds in data analytics. We travel every now and then for work, but enjoy exploring the city, eating and cooking delicious food, watching Netflix and Game of Thrones, and running! What we're looking for: - Someone in their mid-20s who is working in the city (frequent travel is totally fine!) - Someone who enjoys coming home to a clean apartment and cleans up after themselves - We welcome inviting a few friends over occassionally but prefer not to have frequent parties - Sorry, no pet owners or smokers
