Hi everyone, I am looking for one or two people to move into a nice one bedroom basement apartment in a house for July 1st in the yonge and davisville neighborhood. No smoking and no pets except maybe a cat is allowed. I currently live there but at the end of june I need to move and help family. I am trying to help my landlord by finding someone as I need to move out before my one year lease period. It is 920$ a month for rent/utilities, no laundry on site and parking would need to be by permit on street which is less than 50$ a year I heard. Includes large backyard shared with upstairs tenant. I may leave a few things behind like the blinds, curtain, and bookshelf. Also behind the curtain in the living room is sliding mirror doors with the furnace behind.
