The ground floor has an expansive glass wall overlooking Lester Street where its floor space is dedicated to a spacious lobby area and the administration office of myRez on Lester. We have everything from a fitness centre to a study space!
We aim to make the student's move into our building an enjoyable experience and for that we provide completely furnished units and name-brand appliances. One of the unique things of myRez on Lester is that we really do want the student to just move-in hassle free. For this reason we have introduced the "Utility Package" in our rents - laundry is included and all utility hookups (water, hydro and gas), cable and Internet connections are already done for you. The "Utility Package" is charged as a flat fee every month and is added to the rent.
