There's a $25 application fee, no deposit but there is a none refundable $250 move in fee. Bedroom sizes are roughly 11ft by 8ft, the living room is roughly 12ft by 11ft. Must pass strict credit, criminal and eviction checks and must meet income requirements of minimum $2500 take home monthly. Again, must meet all requirements.. no exceptions.
