On street parking permit is available from the city for around $15/month. Best suited for a single occupant. Ceilings are low so this unit will be most comfortable for someone under 5'10. The backyard is shared with all tenants including the landlord (3 quiet mid-late twenties professionals and a cat who gets occasional outdoor time). We like to have BBQ's and bonfires in the summer but it is not a wild party house. Pet friendly, but animals in the backyard need to be supervised at all times and cleaned up after (I grow a vegetable garden that I really do not want ruined).
