The large living room boasts a grand fireplace and a place to relax, read a book, or enjoy a warm conversation or enjoy a large TV. The room opens to a deck to enjoy the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space for food prep and a dining table that sits 4 for those morning coffee moments. The kitchen provides a full size fridge, dishwasher, an electric stove, oven and all the cookware needed to prep a feast. The adjacent dining area features a table that can seat up to 8.
The open floor plan from the dining space to the living room allows for plenty of room to hang out together. New wood flooring gives warm earthy feeling. There is a patio furniture with 4 chairs in the front of the house to enjoy your meals or just to relax and hand out. All the bedrooms are in the same level, each with a window that views the serene backyard.
The front and backyard has trees and organic apples, plums and blackberries. There is a grill for barbecues. What makes our house unique is that it sits in 2 acre lot and we have an extended family of friendly goats in the barn. Watching them graze, play and eat organic grass is relaxing and priceless!
The house has two levels. The main street level is rented to you. The lower level is where we live. Each level has its own entrance, washer/dryer, living room and kitchen. If you need anything, we are only a phone call or text message away.

The housekeeper cleans the house, and does laundry, but you are still responsible to clean up your personal use to avoid a deduction on your damage deposit refund, for example:
1. Place all garbage, recycle and food waste to bins outside the house.
2. Put all dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
3. Clean the barbecue if used or have $25 deducted from your damage deposit
4. Replace anything you have consumed, i.e., tea, coffee, oatmeal, etc.
5. Return any borrowed books to the bookshelves.
6. Turn off the heat, lights, fans, radio, TV
