My wife and I are moving because we got pregnant, and need to upgrade to a full two-bedroom. We love everything about the building and the apartment, and are going to try and stay in the building. The Building: full amenities (gym, swimming pool, conf room, rooftop w/ BBQs), dog friendly, doorman, elevator. Friendliest staff, and great people. The area (Batter Park City) is awesome, as it's a little neighborhood, but walking distance to TriBeca, Soho, and Financial District. The Apartment: approx 1000 square feet, with one master bed w/ en suite bath, and separate half bath. Two large alcoves in living room (one attached to open kitchen ideal for dining room, other a home-office or baby's room). Floor to ceiling windows w/ views of courtyard and pool.
