The building is a three-unit structure and the remainder of the tenants are all working professionals or very mature students.

As part of the rent, we include all heating, water and electricity. There is a laundromat very close by and there is amazing bus service to the downtown core (via route 5 or 12) and there is parking on site.
We do not rent to smokers, nor pet owners and all new tenants must sign a non-smoking agreement. The apartment is available as of July 15th or August 1st.
At the time of the lease signing, the first and last month's rent will be required and this is non-negotiable.
