Located seconds away Alan garden, a 15-minute walk from the Eaton Center and even less to nearby grocery stores (Loblaws, freshco, nofrills). There are 4 common bathrooms and 2 shared kitchens in the house. No super strict rules are enforced; just respect one another’s wishes with regards to studies, level of noise etc. Room is furnished but feel free to add or remove what you want to maximize your comfort.
