We're looking for a 3rd roommate to fill our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse located in the beautiful Marina Bay community of Richmond. Available for move-in after May 30: 11x10 bedroom with private bathroom and spacious closet in a 3-story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse built in 2007. We'd prefer a working professional or a graduate student who is responsible, considerate, clean, drama-free and always pays rent on time. Rent will be month-to-month but would prefer someone to stay for at least 6 months. Move-in cost will be $850 for the first month's rent along with a $850 refundable security deposit ($1700 total). Rent is guaranteed not to increase for at least 6 months. Kitchen, dining room, living room and washer/dryer (no coins needed) will be shared between a total of 3 individuals. We split utilities, electricity and internet which equals about $50-60/month/tenant. The house is located within steps of the San Francisco Bay Trail which is perfect for biking, running or walking. Right around the corner, there is a plaza with a cute little coffee shop, CVS Pharmacy, Quiznos, dry cleaners, and pizza place. Costco is also nearby and takes only about 5 minutes to get there by car. I am a female professional working in the healthcare field who loves to run, bike and enjoy being outdoors. My roommate is a female professional working in the legal industry and loves to cook, dance and hike. We are both in our 30's and enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle.
