My bedroom is available on Feb 1 for $744 (excludes electricity and internet, together about $32/month). (The rent may go up slightly in September, depending on the legislated rent increase.) I’ve been living here for 2.5 years and have been really happy here. I’m moving in with my boyfriend and will be leaving behind a great apartment. Our three-bedroom apartment is spacious, bright, and was refinished 2.5 years ago with brand-new appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc. The apartment is located in Rosedale and is super close to everything: both the Sherbourne and Yonge subway stops, several grocery stores, pharmacies, and the Brickworks/Don Valley for beautiful bike rides, jogs, and visits to the farmers’ market. I walk to the University of Toronto for class, so it’s totally within walking distance, as is Ryerson University. My room is quite large – 16 feet x 10 feet. It’s going to be unfurnished, but it has space for everything you'd need. I’ve got two closets, a queen-size bed, bookshelf, desk, and dresser in here, and there’s still space to do yoga in my room. The rest of the apartment is also quite roomy and the bathroom is shared with only one person. The apartment has a dishwasher, laundry down the hall (open 24/7), and parking is available (at an additional cost) as well. You'll be sharing the space with two great roommates: one male graduate student and a male young professional, both in their mid-twenties.
