Quiet neighbourhood -- we are not right on the main road. One block from Marine Drive Station. The SkyTrain takes just 15 minutes to get downtown, or 10 minutes to Richmond Centre. Bathroom and kitchen will be shared with two other people (one male, one female). We are clean and quiet. The room is partly furnished but we can get rid of the furniture if you bring your own. It's bright in the afternoons when it's sunny. You get your own closet and you're welcome to make use of the space in the common areas. The ideal tenant would be a young adult (20s or so). No couples. No smoking or pets please.
