If you like the outdoors at all, you’ll enjoy it here. THE ROOM: The room is large! It’s the Master Bedroom and is 21’ x 15’ (approximately 315 square feet). It’s a bright corner room on the second floor with hardwood floors, a walk-in closet and three windows that face tress. Lots and lots of trees! The room shares a full size bathroom, also located on the second floor. RENT: The rent is $1288. Utilities are shared equally amongst the roommates and include wireless internet, cable TV, monthly cleaning service, parking, gas, electric, water, sewer, and garbage. The deposit is $839. ABOUT US: We are four active professionals- four guys and one gal. Some of our individual activities include hiking, biking, yoga, skiing and running. We all do our own thing but also try to hang out together whenever possible. ABOUT YOU: We're looking for a roommate who is mellow, responsible, and will fit with the general atmosphere of the house. We all like to have a good time, so you should too, but we are also respectful and want the same in a new roommate. It would also be great if you're willing to give at least a year's commitment.
