The is a bright charming studio apartment for rent, located in the heart of historic Brooklyn Heights. Located on the first floor (no stairs!) of a nice, quiet building. The neighbors are great and the super, Pedro, is amazingly helpful at doing any handyman jobs you need done. 2 big windows in the apartment allow for a lot of light and it has a wall of exposed brick which adds a lot of charm. The bathroom also has a wall of exposed brick in the shower, which I personally love. It looks kind of awesome. There is no storage closet in the apartment, but I'm leaving an Ikea floor-to-ceiling Customizable Wardrobe. It's got drawers and racks to hang clothes. It's worked really well for me. Looks modern and utilizes the high ceilings.
As far as the neighborhood is concerned, you really can't do much better. It's such a gorgeous place to live. The apartment is located, maybe 300 ft from the Clark St station, which is one stop away from Manhattan. Down the street, on Henry, is the A,C,E High St stop. The 4, 5, and R trains are maybe 7 minute walks. Down Pineapple St is the Brooklyn Promenade and a great dog park for your pooch, if you have one. You're also maybe a 10 minute walk from the Brooklyn Bridge, which is magical to walk over. Restaurants galore, laundry down the street (same-day wash and fold!), and Clark St Diner, which not only makes the most amazing pancakes in the world, but they also remember your name and get you seated in 2 minutes even when there's a line out the door, which, is generally the case on the weekends. I could go on for days about it, but you should really see it for yourself.
