I have an apartment in Mid-City LA which is a few miles south of Hollywood and a few miles west of Downtown LA and about 8 miles from Santa Monica. My roommate is moving out at the end of February and I am looking for a female between the ages of 25 and 30 to take over her part of the apartment. Having a full time job is a must! For the most part I am pretty open as long as there aren't people over at the apartment all the time or messes left around the apartment. I am also looking for someone who is willing to help keep up with the cleaning of the apartment, we don't have a maid and we like to keep things nice and who helps out with buying the basic apartment needs such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The apartment is a nice two bedroom apartment. The layout is back to front: stairs leading up to a little back porch and back entrance to the apartment, which leads to a little room that can be used for storage, that room leads into a hallway where the back bedroom is and a closet and then the bathroom, then there is a door to that hallway which leads out the living room which has a closet and built in shelves/drawers then beside the living room is the kitchen, then on the other end of the living room is the front bedroom which has a lot of windows and a good sized closet. The entrance from the front has a bottom door which leads into stairs up to the apartment door, we have our own stairway leading up, and that leads into the living room of the apartment. Must be someone who doesn't mind sharing the space evenly. I like to workout in the living room a lot of evenings when I get home from work and on weeknights like to have peace and quiet because I work hard and I'm looking for someone with the same mentality. If I am hogging the living room don't hesitate to tell me if you have things you want to do as well. I don't mind having people come and stay over night as long as we let the other person know so that we don't come home and have random people there without the others knowledge.
