The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and is up for rent with reserved outside parking spot. Cable/internet pay will be shared between two roommates and is not included in the rent but other utilities are included. Located on the 8th floor in Cap Hill, there are incredible views of the city from all 3 rooms. It is also walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, 2 grocery stores, Wash Park, and the Cherry Creek bike trail.
