I just moved into Park La Brea tower apartments. I moved about two weeks ago from Connecticut. I am 26 years old, and looking for a roommate in their 20's- 30's. I'm looking for someone who has a job, and is responsible/respectful of others. I'm a very outgoing person who loves to go out and have fun. Yet, I also love to cook and have movie nights at home. I love to dance, swim, paint, run, hike, and do yoga. I love Grey's Anatomy, True Blood, Justified, How I Met Your Mother, and The Office. I'm not expecting to become best friends with my roommate, but I would like us to get along.
The apartment is a 1112 square ft. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has all update appliances; Microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas oven, refrigerator. Your room has a view of the Griffith Observatory, as does the living room. The living room also has wooden floor unlike your room, which is carpeted. The apartment has both central air and heat.
I am looking for someone that can pay 1200/month+utilities. Which I don't know the cost of yet since I just moved in. But cable, phone, internet is 51 per person.
I will also be asking for 1,000-850 (negotiable) as a deposit. What is included in the $1200/m is; 24 Hour Courtesy Patrol, media theatre which has football every sunday. Friday there are movies in the park, 2 Jr olympic pools, fitness center, plus fitness classes, on site video rentals, on site laundry service, on site community garden, gated property access, all five gardens have free wi-fi, 2 different gardens have coffee stands/ sandwich stands, five miles of fitness trails, the total for move in would be 2,000+ 35 application fee
walking distance from the apartment; the Grove, farmers market, CVS, Starbucks, wholefoods, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, pacific theatre at the Grove CBS STUDIOS, bank of america, chase bank, Citigroup, Pinkberry, and so much more.
Your furniture is welcomed as your room is empty.
