Hello! I have a shared bedroom available from July 1 - August 1 at the Bachenheimer. If you need to move in earlier, it's possible! You'll be living in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with one male roommate and one female housemate. You can move the bed to the living room if you don't like the idea of sharing a room. The building is less than a five minute walk from the west side of the Berkeley campus, downtown Berkeley, and the BART station so it's a very nice location that is safe and fairly quiet like Northside but has places to go and things to do like Southside. You won't pay extra for utilities. Deposit is $120 but as long as you're respectful enough to what little property I leave with you, you'll get it all back. Our unit has a dishwasher and full-sized fridge, a large bathroom, gas stove, and plenty of closets. I'll leave my desk, chair, bed, and plastic drawers for you to use. There is a laundry room on every floor, a wonderful rooftop patio with a great view of the bay area and campus, a garage where you can park your bike, security cameras, and modern fire and seismic safety system in place in the building. Your neighbors will be students that don't cause trouble and I'll be in the area if you need anything so there shouldn't be any huge problems with your living situation.
