We presently have 1 bedrooms at $880 per month, as well as fully renovated 1 bedrooms at $900 per month.
The rental of an apartment includes the heat and hot water, as well as a full size pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise room and squash court. There is parking available and the cost for this is above Ground $20, underground $25 per month. There are also storage lockers available should your require one. Each building has a full coin operated laundry facility as well. Indoor cat or a small dog under 20 lbs. would be permitted with a paid pet deposit.
The rental process would be as follows, we would have you complete an application, then we run a credit check on you and call your references. If these check out okay, then we would call to advise that your application has been approved. The next step would be to pay the your Security Deposit to secure the suite for you, which would be 1/2 of the monthly rent. Then the remaining paperwork would be prepared and an appointment made for the lease signing and possibly the move in at the same time. If the move in would be at a later date, then we would make an appointment for the move in inspection and keys.
