1 Room available in a 2/1 apartment in Heather Glen Apartments on University Blvd by UCF. Looking for preferably a male college student (nonsmoker)... Someone clean and respectful of other people's property!
The room is available asap or looking for someone to move in when school starts in late August or early September. The lease goes until July 2011. Apartment is spacious, right next to the pool and the front of the complex. The room has full balcony access, and there is a double sink in the bathroom so one side will be completely yours. Rent will be $375 + Utilities...a great price for an apartment so close to campus!
*The room can come furnished or unfurnished. There is currently a bedroom set in there, however if you have your own furniture I can remove it!
*I don't have any pictures posted on here yet, but I would be happy to email any pics of the room/apt that are wanted
