I'm a 28-year-old professional male, working at the U.S. patent office. I've been at the Carlyle Mill apts since I moved from California 7 months ago. I recently got a two-bedroom and would like to split the rent with another person (male or female). The floor plan is called Selkirk and you can check out the complex, floor plan and all the amenities from this website: http://www.equityapartments.com/virginia/alexandria-arlington-apartments/alexandria/carlyle-mill-apartments.aspx This place has a nice pool, roof-top basketball and tennis court with a nice grilling area. The apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the Eisenhower metro and it's a corner unit so it's nice and bright. It comes with in-unit washer/dryer and the kitchen is open with a nice and large island. I've already got a couch and some furniture in the living room so you will only need to bring what you'd like for your room. Your room will have its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. All utilities are included and they are all under my name including a really nice and fast wireless internet. I've included some photos from the common area and your room. Note that I now have some furniture in the common area which you'll be able to come take a look at if you're interested in this place. Here are the stuff I'll need from you: $1100 on or before the 1st of every month. No smoking or drugs in the house. Guests are fine any time as long as they are respectful and not too loud especially once it's sleeping time. No pets of any kind please.
