My roommate is moving out the 1st week of October. Apartment is a spacious 2 BDRM with washer/dryer in unit. Room available has its own bathroom, and walk in closet. Back and Front Patios, right next to the gym, pool and parking. I am kind of a geek and looking for someone cool and low key. Enjoying craft beer would be a plus. Heads up during baseball season the Dodger games will be on often. Rent does not include utilities or cable which usually run about 100/month.
