Hello! We are 2 (f)emales who have 1 room available for rent in a beautiful 3 bed 1.5 bath home, south of Broad Street. You can move in December 15th, or January 1st (negotiable). The house is located on a quiet street just north of the battery; you can see the water from the driveway! The apartment is on the second floor and has a cozy back porch and a large spacious yard with a fire pit. There is a driveway that is shared with the downstairs unit, but there is always street parking and no parking permits are required! The house has a dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, and central heat and air. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. The room is quite large with 3 huge windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. The room also has a good-sized closet. It is located right across the hall from a very large shared bathroom for 2 of the rooms, and the common shower. We are looking only for young (f)emale professional or graduate students. We are friendly, kind, and calm, and enjoy a quiet respectful living environment. We are very clean and tidy and would like a roommate who is as well. One roommate has a dog that is a mixed hound breed that loves everyone. She is well behaved and stays in a crate when roommate is not home. She doesn't bark, chew, make messes or have any puppy tendencies. Sorry, but no other pets are allowed! Rent is $958 each and utilities and Internet are not included but have only been a maximum of $120 for each roommate (in the heat of the summer). The lease runs until July 31st 2014.
