It is in a good area close to the U of M and near elementary and high schools.
Only a few minutes walk from the 162,137&170.
Walking distance to Safeway and Zellers.
One parking stall is included, along with washer and dryer, and we will also be leaving our couch for free (good condition!!!).
Utilities are extra.
