Hi! Im a female student and I'm looking for a new housemate to move into a bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in a very safe neighborhood in Berkeley. It's only 3 blocks away from Ashby Bart and very close to the UCB campus. Our apartment is pretty spacious,and we will be sharing a decent sized living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Oh and there's also a patio! Rent will be $950 a month and that includes all the utilities such as PG&E, Water, Xfinity cable and Wifi. The room you will be subletting is unfurnished. UCB campus is a 20-25 minute walk , 7 minute bus ride on AC Transit 12, and one stop away on the Bart. Walgreens and Berkeley Bowl are 4 blocks away.
