The room available for rent will be finished by April 30th and will have one 8'x3.5' built in book case and one 6'x5' tall built in closet. the rest of the room is open space and the for area is about 16'x12' and has 12ft ceilings like the rest of the apartment. The room also has a slot window which lets in amazing morning light and ventilation.

I also bike everywhere and am fairly good with all mechanics of any nature and if you're looking to get into biking or do already I have the tools and would love to help. Ditch that car! 27. (Sam and I live in the sam space that's why there's only 3 rooms total FYI)
We rarely have parties, but when we do they're big and loud, we don't smoke (sometimes a lie, but if you do there's a deck for that so you won't have to go outside), we love social living and sharing our space with excellent people, and we like to create.

so if you're into that or know a use for it, great! they're awesome people and would probably be interested in anything you might have in mind.
There is also a washer/dryer on site and seeing that there are less than 15 apartments they're usually free.

We are looking for someone who is creative, clean, likes the warehouse/urban environment (obviously) and digs change. We like to make this place better as much as we can and hope you will too and sometimes be a little flexible with dust and explosions. We would love someone who wants to make this a long term home, but understand if you can't make that commitment and because we have been occupying this space for some time the lease is month to month (we just expect a months notice and help to find a new victim before you move out.) but hopefully that won't be for a while!
Oh and icing on the cake, we don't need the deposit until the beginning of next month (June) because we worked it out like that because we just plain care.
We are working on making the living space a lot more 'workable' which means large table for making stuff, possible silk screen presses, and a mini dark room.
