I have a two bedroom, 2 floor apt. The room I'm subletting is very spacious and has one wall of exposed brick, lots of light from window and skylight. The living/dining/kitchen are all open concept and furnished and located on the 3rd floor of a 6 unit building. The neighbours are all really nice too! The bedrooms are upstairs, along with the laundry, bathroom, stairs to the roof (which we have sole access to) and a lovely terrace. The terrace is quite large and I have a patio set and BBQ which you are welcome to use. I have two very sociable cats who are very cuddly and playful. The rent is 750$/month not including utilities or internet. The sublet starts either in July, August or September- whichever you prefer and runs until the following July. Mount Royal is across the street (excellent for picnics, walks, or running) and Crescent street (pub and bar area) is just down the hill, along with grocery stores. There's lots to do in the area, but the street is pretty residential. McGill is a 10 min walk away and Concordia is just down the hill (also ~10 mins walk). The two outdoor areas have beautiful views and are great for relaxing in the summer over a BBQ, enjoying the view of downtown Montreal. \nA bit about me: I am a graduate student at McGill, with a big passion for cooking, wine, games, adventures, reading, and sports. I work a lot, but I would still like a friendly relationship with my roommate. Preferably you are a clean, responsible, open-minded person with good communication skills. I have a furnished living space and you are very welcome to take advantage of my nintendo wii, 32 inch tv, mini fridge, or any kitchenware- but I am picky about it being kept tidy- so if that's not your thing- please don't message me.
