Looking for one student roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment starting May 1st, 2014.
The place is $400 (inclusive) = $350 rent + $40 utilities + $15 for internet
- no cable (everyone just uses Netflix anyways)
- hardwood floors
- storage room for bikes etc.
- unfurnished room and definitely need a couch (keeping an eye out)
- room: big enough for a double comfortably, queen would fit snug

- lived in BC for the past 3 years
- love to ride my bike (though stuck in the gym due to the weather)
- eat a lot of food
- love to dance/electronic music
- work really hard so sleep is precious - pre-drinking on Thursday/Friday/Saturday is cool though
