The condo is 2 blocks from the Parkside Ave. stop on the Q train and the southeast entrance to the park. It's also a 20 minute ride to Union Square. There are plenty of restaurants/bars/pharmacies/grocery stores in close proximity. For anyone interested in fitness, Planet Fitness, Blink, Retro Fitness, Bally's and Lucille Roberts are all a short distance away. Laundry is located in the building and there are several laundromats nearby as well.
Rent is $1,250. Heat, water, electricity, cable, and high speed internet are all included. Total due is 1st/last/security deposit.
