I'm looking to sublet from May 1st - May 31st, then you'd rent directly from the landlord or take over my lease (which would make you month to month, not in a full year lease). Option to sign a lease is available if you wish with the landlord.

The area is wonderful and I'm sad to leave. There's a big park with tennis courts across the street, it's a 5 minute walk to the Bayview Mile (TONS of restaurants and culture there), 5 mins to Sobeys, Home Depot, Longos, other various plazas on Laird Dr, plus a wicked grilled cheese place just up the street. The area is super chill and safe and one of the most saught after and higher end neighborhoods in the city. Access in/out is available through the 88 Bus (St Clair Stn) and 11/28 Bus (Davisville Stn), with full 24hr access via Eglington (5m walk).
There's lots of little things that help out too, including the fact the place is pet friendly. There's storage for bicycles, and parking is available for $50, or street parking for free. The apartment itself is pretty solid and if you tell me what you'd like, I can work with you to make it a smooth move in as I'm a bit flexible. I've wired the place for cable TV in every room, and there's phone and Internet cable pre-run for you. I'll leave it all in place. I also have network cable run throughout the apartment which I can leave upon request.
