My roommate is moving out for June and I would like to stay until the end of the summer so we are looking for someone to sublet her room. I'm an employed recent Grad from the Engineering program at Carleton, I enjoy the outdoors, care about social and environmental issues, am clean and laid back.
Apartment is at address 790 Springland Dr. Spacious room. Apartment has a balcony and pay laundry on the basement floor. The apartment itself is mostly furnished. The bedroom won't be but I would be happy to help find a mattress and desk if you need one.
Rent is $510 a month (plus internet, hydro is included)
Has the option to wait until July to move in if don't want June.
There's a bus stop just outside the building that takes you right to downtown. 10 min walk to Otrain. Typically only takes 20 minutes via OC transpo to get to Carleton.
Also for summer living, it's only a 3 minute walk to Mooney's bay beach.
