Available January 1 for a 5-month lease (with option to renew), requires renters insurance, and security deposit or $350 move-in fee. One pet is welcome but does require a non-refundable deposit.
Also this is rented and managed by the owners so you can rest assured we care for the building as if it were our own because, well, it is.
