I am looking to sublease my furnished 1 bedroom/bath apartment from June through August. Rent is $1040 per month plus utilities (internet, electricity, gas, water, and trash), which run around $100. However, I am willing to negotiate!!! Washer and dryer are within the unit, plus the complex has two pools and a work out facility. Great summer fun! It is located just 2 miles from DU and the neighbors are both quiet and friendly.
