Sublet for the summer!
Subletter must be a graduate student (any type of higher education is fine) who is 18 years of age or older (the main office requires to see a copy of your student ID/transcript before accepting the sublet)
This is a fantastic bedroom and bathroom on the first floor of the graduate student housing complex at UCLA. It has a living room, kitchen and eating area in addition to the bedroom and full bath. It opens directly into the terrace area enclosed within the gated housing complex, which receives a lot of nice ambient light and is a great place to study or relax. It is a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment and I am subletting my room and bathroom for June-July. Roommate is very clean and friendly. Given that he is in school/studying, he is quiet and courteous as well.
Electricity, gas, water all included in the above price! No limit on air-condition use. There are also two stainless steel gas grills outside in a picnic area reserved for Weyburn Terrace residents (just in case you're thinking of spending some time enjoying the warm LA weather). There is also a study lounge within the complex for those who like to get away from the apartment.
It is fully furnished/carpeted and we already have a big screen in the living room measuring 32 inches. Overall it is a very nice and peaceful place that is very close to the UCLA campus and the lovely Westwood downtown.
Parking is very easily accessible on Veteran Avenue, right alongside the housing complex and there are also garages specifically for students if you would like to pay extra (we can talk about this further and might be able to negotiate a cheaper price because I already own a spot).
