Hello, My roommates and I (2 guys and 2 girls) are looking for one more person to fill our house when our 5th roommate moves out in June. We are all in our 20s. There are 5 bedrooms total (4 upstairs and 1 on the main floor) and 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 on the main floor). One of the upstairs rooms (approx. 120 sq. ft.) will be available. The house has a nice kitchen and an enclosed backyard with a deck. There is also free laundry and some space to store stuff in the basement. We are in a fun neighborhood near Nicollet Ave that is close to both Uptown and Downtown. There is plenty of street parking, because our block requires a parking permit from Minneapolis ($25 per year). I own the house, and I have all renters sign a lease. I prefer to sign a month to month lease with 60 days notice and no moving Nov - Feb. Rent does not include utilities. I pay them each month and split them 5 ways. Utilities include city (water/trash), gas, electricity, and USI fiber internet. The current roommate will be moved out by June 1st, but if you need to move stuff in a couple days early we can accommodate. We can talk about more details in person if you are interested. I require that anyone seriously interested meet all the roommates before you sign a lease, just to make sure everyone gets along. I will also perform a background check before you move in (via padmapper). We are a pretty laid back bunch, but you still have to meet us for a beer first.
