Third floor: berber carpeting, TV/sitting room/library with skylight that opens to give ocean view/breeze. Master bedroom has queen size temperpedic mattress with desk/chair also with 2 skylights that open for cross breeze and closets with built-in shelving. Master bathroom has walk in shower and jacuzzi tub with one skylight for cross breeze. There is a private patio for reading/tanning.
The outdoor kitchen has a BBQ/one side burner and fire pit. The 1-car garage can be used when owner is absent. There is street parking.
This is a sober living environment. No drugs or smokers (no outside only smokers/medical pot cases either). No pets. NO EXCEPTIONS, SORRY.
