Our area is quiet and centrally located, the grounds are very well maintained, and each building has laundry facilities.

Rent includes water, sewer, & trash. Tenant pays gas & electricity.
The application fee is $40 and the deposit is $300.
The Application process requires ALL items listed below:
~ Completed Application
~ $40.00 Application Fee (MONEY ORDER/CASHIERS CHECK ONLY)
~ $300.00 Security Deposit (MONEY ORDER/CASHIERS CHECK ONLY)
Income Qualification – Applicant must have an income of 3x’s the monthly rent amount to qualify
Age Restriction – Primary Applicant must be 21 years of age or older
Lease terms are either 9 or 12 months.
