Tenants must have :
1) Current W2 and last TWO years Tax statements.
2) 2 recent pay stubs.
3) Letter of employment
4) Applicant picture ID
5) Must Must Must have a 700+ credit score.
6) Must provide twelve months of Bank statements.
7) Must provide reference letter.
8) Must undergo a criminal background check.
9) Tenant must be making 4x the rent monthly.
For Guarantors (In state) :
1) Must have proof of employment (at least 5 years)
2) Credit score above 700+
3) 12 months bank statements/Proof of assets.
4) Guarantor can pay entire years rent up front(out of state guarantor).
5) Must undergo criminal background check.
6) Must be making 8x the rent monthly.
