I have a 3 1/2 in NDG Sherbrooke West corner Cavendish, and I want to transfer the lease because I got a job in Ottawa, and I need to leave soon. Heating and hot water included.
It is a big 3 1/2, with a spacious living room. a dining room and a large bedroom with two closets. It is ideal for a couple. The appartment has windows all along the living and the bedroom. It is very bright. The sun is there in the morning, so you can enjoy the large balcony after work (maybe not now, but next summer :)). The balcony is not on Sherbrooke street so you are not bothered by the noise.
The building is very secure and has a laundry in the Penthouse floor. There is also a swimming pool and a sauna int the same floor. There is a great terrace in the roof , so you can enjoy a great view of Montreal.
The building is very good situated: Provigo, Super C, Loblaws, SAQ and Pharmaprix are minutes away. Many restaurants and shops are very close to the building location. It is also close to Monkland village.
The bus station is right in front of the building. The 105 bus takes you to the Vendome station in 10 minutes. The access for Highways 20 and 15 is easy, and it is 10 minutes from downtown by car.
